By accessing or using NormalComputing.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Site.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Normal Computing Corp. ("Normal Computing," "we," "our," or "us").

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and underlying technology, is owned by Normal Computing Corp. or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Site are proprietary to Normal Computing Corp. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for:

This license does not permit you to:

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately, but the provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in New York, New York, and judgment on the arbitral award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Exception: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or misuse of confidential information.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be modified to reflect the parties' intention as closely as possible.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Normal Computing Corp. regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
